Ten years ago I left Iran and moved to Canada, starting over with almost nothing. I had a master's in civil engineering, the safe path everyone told me to keep. I walked away from it to build something in e-commerce, a world I knew nothing about. My family thought I was crazy.
So I built it at five in the morning. Before my full-time job. Before anyone was awake. Nobody was watching. Nobody was cheering.
What I learned is that the real work happens when no one is seeing you. The doubts, the fatigue, the fights inside your own head while you keep moving anyway. That's where everything changes.
That's why this company is called Live 5AM. Not because you have to wake up at five. It was never about the hour. It's because there are people out there doing invisible work on themselves, and they need to know they're not alone.
