Shipping
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within Canada.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75
- Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination but generally take 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns
We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
