Terms of Service: Live5AM Reel Publisher

1. The tool

Live5AM Reel Publisher ("the tool") is a personal automation utility operated by Live5AM (Mansour Norouzi). It republishes the owner's own Instagram Reels to the owner's own TikTok account using TikTok Login Kit and TikTok's Content Posting API. The tool is for the owner's personal use only and is not offered to any third party.

2. Acceptable use

The tool may only be used by its owner, on the owner's own accounts, with the owner's own content. It may not be used to publish content belonging to others, to evade any platform's policies, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Platform compliance

Use of the tool is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms, and to Instagram's Terms of Use. If a platform restricts or revokes the tool's access, the tool will stop functioning until access is restored.

4. Content

All content processed by the tool is the owner's own original content. The owner retains all rights to that content. Nothing in these terms transfers any rights to any third party.

5. No warranties

The tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publishing, or compatibility with future platform changes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the tool.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
