If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
- No returns needed. You do not have to ship anything back. Keep the bottle, finish it, or pass it to a friend.
- No forms, no hoops. Just email us at info@live5am.com with your order number within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Fast refunds. We process your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

- Orders under $40 ship at a rate calculated at checkout.
- Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery: typically 3 to 5 business days across Canada.
- Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at info@live5am.com with your order number and a quick photo. We will send a replacement right away at no cost to you, no need to return the original.
