• Delivery: typically 3 to 5 days from when you order. 
• Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• We currently ship within Canada only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at info@live5am.com with your order number and a quick photo. We will send a replacement right away at no cost to you, no need to return the original.
